Fox News Radio and Daily Caller….

Last week I had the honor of being a guest on John Gibson’s show on Fox News Radio.  That came on top of the new development where the Daily Caller website is publishing some of my columns (you can see some of them – HERE).

This is all part of my stepped up efforts, along with my colleagues at the Conservative Campaign Committee, to bring an end to the era of Obama-Pelosi-Reid big government liberalism.

I am not one who believes we should just give up or change our conservative principles.  Our Founding Fathers faced long odds against the potent ruling power that deprived them of individual rights and liberties, but the patriots who founded this nation never gave up.  They were driven by the courage of their convictions and a passion to fight for principle.

The greatest generation went on to fight in wars where untold sacrifices were made, lives lost, and battles fought where the odds seemed overwhelming.  But these brave souls never threw in the towel, and they never considered giving up their beliefs to the foes they faced.

And that leads me to where we are today.  In just a matter of weeks we face a Special Election for U.S. Senate that is of profound importance.  If we can win this race, it will change the political landscape and mean an almost certain end to the Democrat majority by the time this Midterm Election cycle is complete.

The media are rooting for the liberal Democrat candidate, Cory Booker, to win.  Booker has been endorsed by Barack Obama who knows this race will be a referendum on his presidency.

Now is the time for us to give it our all to win this race and propel our conservative Republican candidate, Steve Lonegan, on to victory.  This is why we are fighting so hard in this race – it’s the reason we send so many emails about this race.  Because we are going to do everything we can to win this race and begin the process of ending the Obama era in America.

Our first ad campaign will cost approximately $50,000.  We are at 79% to our goal, and we have until Tuesday at 5:00 PM to reach this goal.

This is going to be a very expensive race.  Not only do we have to purchase airtime on 10 TV stations (and several radio stations), but we will have to buy time on some of the most expensive TV stations in the country (based in Philadelphia and New York City).  And on top of that we will have to raise money for a Get Out The Vote effort as well.
