Lloyd Marcus Live From Iowa: Crunch Time!

Hello Folks. I am here in Iowa with my Conservative Campaign Committee team. It’s crunch time. Time is running out to ensure that Ted Cruz wins the Iowa caucus. I told Mary (my wife) during breakfast that while I really appreciate how Donald Trump has stirred up the presidential race, I have a nagging concern about his character.

Why does Trump’s character matter? It matters greatly regarding whether or not we can trust Trump to follow through on his campaign promises. It was not helpful to hear Trump say a few days ago that he will work with the democrats. That is not why Americans of all stripes are wearing “Trump” t-shirt. Americans have had it with politicians making deals which usually result in America getting the short end of the stick. Considering that Obama and democrats are relentless in their efforts to dethrone America, Trump can not “Make America Great Again” getting along with democrats.

Yes, I will wholeheartedly rally behind and vote for whomever wins the GOP nomination. Now with that out of the way, here is the uncomfortable “tell” I see in Trump’s campaigning tactics. Trump is out there saying Cruz is a nasty person. When Dr Carson was his greatest challenger, Trump said Dr Carson was a poor surgeon. Trump’s accusations about both fellow GOP presidential contenders are untrue.

Attacking your opponents is fair game in a political race. But do not make up stuff that is not true. This is the kind of characterless politicking we have been dealing with for years from liberals. For example: Whenever a white politician suggests that the most qualified person be hired for a job regardless of race or gender, liberals attack that politician branding him/her a racist or sexist.

I am sorry folks, but Trump using liberal methods to attack his opponents during the campaign is a window into how he will behave as president. Character “always” matters folks.

So, I am crammed in an SUV with six CCC team members headed to Sioux City, to wave “Ted Cruz” signs on freezing street corners. Mary and I live in Florida. While the people of Iowa are warm and friendly, the cold weather takes some getting use to.

Before leaving my hotel room, I received an email from Sharron Angle. She is working on a project to stop voter fraud. Thousands of dead people have voted in elections folks. I am not talking about “Obama-liberal-zombies” walking dead. I’m talking buried in the ground dead dead. Sharron Angle has an awesome strategy to stop the Left from stealing the 2016 election via voter fraud. It is pretty awesome, please check it out. http://www.electioncorruption.com/

..can we really trust anyone to keep their word? Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell ..remember them?

Ted Cruz has danced around his immigration proposals as well, then handing out soccer balls & Teddy bears with creepy Glenn Beck at the border, why does he let a fool like Beck drag him around by the nose?

Sure we’ll all fall in line behind the nominee, but for now, lets not pretend one is more trustworthy than the other ..he’s not.
