Suddenly stricken by a pulmonary embolism, Lloyd joined his Lord and Savior the day after he and his devoted wife, Mary Ann Milliken Parker Marcus, celebrated their 43^rd wedding anniversary. In the previous week, the couple had returned from campaigning on the West Coast. Tests revealed no presence of Covid-19.

In addition to his beloved wife Mary, Lloyd leaves daughter, Lisa Maria Marcus (Roni) and son, Timothy Billy Parker (April), as well as granddaughter, Moire Parker.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Dr. Lloyd E. and Rodell (Miss Tillie) Jackson Marcus Jr., as well as his younger brother, Vernon Marcus.

Lloyd is survived by one sister, three brothers, five sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, three aunts as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and countless friends. Often those closest to Lloyd called him by the family nickname of “Peanut”, and they, with all those who loved Lloyd, will forever mourn the loss of his giant smile and warm wisdom that was always delivered with unconditional acceptance.

A recent Daytona Beach News-Journal article recounts how at 14, Lloyd’s father took him to the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC, where they attended the historic Civil Rights rally highlighted by Martin Luther King. Jr.’s I Have a Dream speech. Father and son had lapel pins reading, “FreedomNow.” The inspired youngster declared, “I’m not taking this button off until we are free.” Exemplifying that determination and dedication, Lloyd saw his father break the color barrier in the Baltimore City Fire Department and be named “Firefighter of the Year” twice.

Lloyd Marcus’ character was molded by example. His father taught him to follow his heart and work hard towards his goals. Lloyd watched the Democratic Party manipulate his neighbors for political gain and pleaded that “seeing yourself as a victim doesn’t empower you. It weakens you. Don’t let them keep stirring the ‘Race Pot’.” Lloyd believed in the good in America declaring, “Give Americans a worthy goal, lock them in a room together, and you’ll see. They will work it out.”

The young Lloyd Marcus studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art and earned an Honorable Discharge from The United States Armed Forces. A member of the Green Beret Chorus, Lloyd also performed with General Flanagan’s Barber Shop Quartet and lent his considerable talents to numerous USO shows.

Lloyd met Mary as he walked in their Baltimore neighborhood. She waved him down, introduced herself, and promptly asked, “Could you break into my apartment?” Lloyd would laugh out loud remembering, “I suppose I could have been offended that she’d assumed that I, as a black man, would know how to “break-in” but that little blonde hippy-chick couldn’t have weighed 100 pounds, and she was just so-o-o cute!”

Lloyd found an open window and unlocked Mary’s door. They sat down on the front steps where more than four hours evaporated as they began the conversation, they would enjoy nonstop for the next 48 years. In 1977, the couple accepted Jesus as their Savior, and Lloyd’s aunt, the Rev. Anita Bethea, “irrevocably joined” them in Holy Matrimony during an outdoor ceremony in Gunpowder State Park.

Shortly after the nuptials, Lloyd and quite a few of their wedding guests were due on stage at the Morris Mechanic for the closing performance of their Jesus Christ Superstar engagement. Musical theatre showcased Lloyd’s range of talent as evidenced by the raves he received for his characterization of Judas. A Marcus cousin, jazz legend Irma Curry exclaimed, “He is a pure singer. Don’t try to categorize Lloyd because he can sing it all: jazz, country, opera, or whatever.”

Joining the graphics department of the ABC affiliate WJZ-TV in Baltimore in 1978, Lloyd rose to supervise a team whose marketing campaigns consistently garnered national awards for creativity in multi-media productions long before anyone understood that was a “thing.” It was at WJZ in 1984 that Lloyd helped send off the aspiring Oprah Winfrey when she moved to Chicago to launch her talk show career. Oprah described Lloyd as, “…one of those people that have “The Light.”

Lloyd’s skill and enthusiasm for writing grew and in 1989, his love song to Mary, When I Look in Your Eyes, earned a semi-finalist spot in Billboard Magazine’s Song Contest. The couple launched Zephyrus Productions and were delightfully surprised as Lloyd’s smooth crooner style gained immense popularity overseas. Zephyrus Productions had another hit with Lloyd’s single Another Life. That adult contemporary offering reached Lloyd’s European audiences with enough momentum to break into the top ten in the Netherlands.

In the early 1990s, the expenditures necessary to create, maintain, and host a website such as http://LloydMarcus.com could have been, as Lloyd suspected, a huge waste of money; however, Mary taught herself the skills necessary to conquer that evolving technology, and then she gently, but firmly, ushered Lloyd into the 21^st Century.

Focusing fully on his music career, Lloyd wrote Celebrate America, the rousing crowd-pleaser that was introduced nationwide in 1993 during ESPN’s airing of Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game’s broadcast. His patriotic anthem was also featured nationally in the United Way’s recruitment campaign.

Lloyd went on to perform Celebrate America for more than five years at the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration & Naturalization Service’s monthly ceremony to welcome new citizens. Celebrate America’s essential theme, “that the greatness of America relies on each individual’s efforts,” resonated with the newcomers as Lloyd’s presence radiated acceptance, positivity, and hope. Lloyd believed that “welcoming each new American citizen, shaking hands, or hugging them is my honor.I know they struggled, went without, and overcame terrible obstacles to legally earn their citizenship here, in the greatest country on the planet.”

Lloyd donated his Hello Baltimore CD to the time capsule buried in the Inner Harbor by Mayor Kurt Schmoke on New Year’s Eve 1997, which is not to be opened until December 31, 2097. Its plaque states that the capsule contains “memorabilia contributed as representatives of our culture and heritage on the 200^th anniversary of Baltimore’s incorporation.”

Lloyd’s participation in that historical project earned him “the Mayor’s Citation for your contribution to the civic welfare of our municipality,” but it was the following year that the accolades from Governor William Donald Schaefer…“your impressive commitment to the people of this state and nation, seeking to make a productive difference in their lives and experiences – as demonstrated by your outstanding musical talents and distinguished record of community service, entertaining the members of your audience while encouraging them to pursue their sound goals and dreams…” echoed as Lloyd and Mary sold their home and followed their dreams to Florida.

They moved to Florida where Lloyd accepted a creative position with a cutting-edge graphics company, promising lots of challenging projects for well-known clients, but the company was a start-up and its financing soon fizzled. Still, Lloyd smiled, wrote, sang, and encouraged others to trust in the Lord.

When the Volusia County Sheriff Department’s “First Thursday Event” was scheduled for their neighborhood, the couple contributed a “production” to underscore the event’s Crime Awareness theme. Dignitaries took notice and Lloyd’s popularity as an entertainer and motivational performer grew. When they were asked to volunteer to breathe life into the Deltona Arts and Historical Center, the cause spoke to Lloyd’s heart.

Ah-h-h, the shows, the opportunities, the lessons, the positive reinforcements that took place! Lloyd and Mary manifested miracles to create a showcase for regional artists as well as a springboard to a possible shot at stardom when America’s Got Talent chose the center to host auditions.

In 2006, some Marcus artwork was involved in a constitutional dispute when Deltona City Council asked to be allowed to display some of Lloyd’s paintings as a salute to Black History Month. The council members chose three works depicting a pastor holding a Bible, a Holy Bible on a nightstand, and a person wearing an I Love Jesus hat. Inexplicitly, Deltona’s mayor and the acting city attorney orchestrated the removal of the art, igniting an uproar. After Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel filed a federal lawsuit, Deltona reversed course and agreed to rehang the paintings. Staver hailed the rectification of that censorship as “a victory for freedom of speech.”

“A rare Black Republican,” columnist Mark Harper observed, “Marcus told the News-Journal in 2007, ‘I found it condescending that someone would think I needed help because of who I was… The Republican Party was the party that made me feel I could go out and make it on my own.’”Lloyd based his beliefs on the notion that less government was better for those minorities seeking to better themselves.” Volusia County Republican Party state committeeman, Vic Baker, remembers Lloyd as, “a happy warrior. He was a smiling, committed man of God, who represented America and everything that’s great about it.”

In 2009, Marcus rose to national popularity with his creation of the American Tea Party Anthem. Lloyd enjoyed greeting patriots nationwide as he performed at over 500 Tea Party rallies protesting Obama’s policies. A gathering in Texas dubbed Lloyd, “Mr. Tea Party,”and it stuck.

Lloyd Marcus – with his big smile, black hat, and welcoming stance – was hard to miss but the CNN news group managed to never acknowledge his presence. Even though the reporters traveled with the Tea Party Team on the Express, not a single shot of Lloyd ever aired during any of their “fake news” updates.

Lloyd was a newsmaker and he had no doubts regarding the duplicity of the liberal media. Performing at the Washington DC “Rally to Stop Obamacare”, The Unhyphenated American stepped onto the stage and declared, “My fellow Americans, I am not African-American. I am Lloyd Marcus, AMERICAN!” There were delighted cheers and echoes of roars while most of the nearly two million patriots jumped to their feet, waved flags, and joined Lloyd in singing his political parody, Twenty Ten, complete with a volunteer chorus line. However, national news media coverage was non-existent. Zip. Zilch. For the majority of Americans, that emotionally charged, “We The People” event just … didn’t … happen.

Lloyd was the founding Chairman of “The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama” and “The Conservative Campaign Committee”, which worked to elect President Donald J. Trump. Those tasks accomplished, Lloyd continued writing his well-received, syndicated columns that were published regularly in The American Thinker,News With Views, Cowgernation,andCanada Free Press among others.

For many years, The American Thinker enabled Lloyd to share his travels with his reading audience. Lloyd wrote about the encouragement he’d received just that day from a fellow American in the audience, or he’d recall how one selfless act of love from a complete stranger could instantly change a point of view. Lloyd wrote with humor and hope.

Time passed rapidly, and their parents were aging, so Lloyd and Mary packed again and headed north to be nearer until the Lord called their loved ones home. Still, Lloyd wrote. Lloyd wrote about growing up. He wrote of his dedication to Christ and his family. He wrote about Mary, his rock, and the love of his life. He wrote of what he learned from a response to one of his columns. Lloyd worked hard to acknowledge or respond to all of his supporter’s mail. It meant a lot to him.

As 2019 closed, Lloyd began compiling what will be his final original musical offering to his fellow patriots. The planned CD, We Are Americans features his title song, of the same name which implores divine consideration for a country that has lost its way. Lloyd left a file of tunes to be included in this final uplifting patriotic collection, a labor of love that Mary will see to completion. Additionally, he was working on his memoir entitled, How My Black Democrat Dad Raised a Republican Son: The Making of the Unhyphenated American. David Limbaugh, syndicated conservative political columnist and author penned the foreword. He is the brother of Rush Limbaugh, “America’s Anchorman,” and The Medal of Freedom Recipient bestowed by President Donald Trump (2020).

In January, Lloyd released his Trump Train 2020 music video, entreating Americans to “get on board.” This past February, Lloyd wrote to expose the agenda advanced by the liberal media’s “horrible lies.” During a video interview, he emotionally decried seeing “hopeless black kids roving around thinking America is out to get them when they got a check in their back pockets. The depth of loss felt by Lloyd’s fellow writers was evident reading Al Everson’s weekly column, Between the Lines. The headline wept, “We’ll miss you, Lloyd Marcus.” The article continued, “We have lost a national treasure…. a gentleman… Lloyd Marcus was a true Renaissance man: writer, singer, songwriter, artist, political activist, and patriot. Marcus’ pride and love of his country were not mean-spirited or haughty expressions but rather… examples of how ‘we’ could celebrate those things that unite us, not divide us.” American Thinker issued a heartfelt cry: “The Unhyphenated American is Gone.” Scores of colleagues and activists upheld his memory and love for country. https://youtu.be/dKFnDZtzl0c

Many patriots who loved and admired Lloyd felt his loss deeply. The Tea Party Express was “deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our team member… He was a dynamic individual who truly loved this country and his fellow Americans. He leaves a legacy through his music and written word. We know that Lloyd sings with the angels.”

The Conservative Campaign committee honored Lloyd in a gracious statement: “Lloyd Marcus had a shining spirit that radiated optimism, fueled by a deep-seated love for his country and his fellow man.  Lloyd never let hurdles deter him; instead, he viewed them as stepping stones to climb ever-higher to new heights of achievement and purpose. His passion was infectious, his decency unmatched – people who came to know Lloyd found their lives brighter and more enriched.  We were all blessed that God loaned us this wonderful man.  May he rest in eternal peace.”

Per his wishes, Lloyd’s interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery in our nation’s capital to be joined by Mary when they reunite. Lloyd often closed his columns by sharing why he felt compelled to become a political activist:

My patriotic mood began while rewatching Whitney Houston’s spectacular performance of our National Anthem at Super Bowl XXV in 1991. Whitney’s rendition was rereleased as a single after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. She donated all proceeds to charity. 

Serendipitous, these remarkable quotes about America appeared on my radar.

“Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth, on this continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.” — Abraham Lincoln

Wow! Lincoln said it right there in his Gettysburg address that America was founded upon the principle that all men are created equal. Leftist schools have taught our kids for decades that America was founded by evil white guys with no desire for equality. Yes, it took a while to reach our goal of equality for all Americans; up to 800,000 died in the Civil War to free the slaves and years of civil rights battles paved the way to elect our first black president. But we got there folks. We got there!

I pray that Christians will stop kneeling to wicked cultural demands and begin standing up again for Godly principles. Folks, in these final months leading up to the November election, the Democrat/communist party will launch every wicked scheme in their depraved playbook to attack the American people to stop them from reelecting one of the greatest presidents in U.S. history, Donald J. Trump.

We have so much work to do. This is all hands on deck. This election is our last stand to save our Founding Fathers’ divinely inspired vision of America. I’ve awakened at 2 a.m. in the morning and turned on my TV to encounter lie-filled news stories trashing Trump. The hits on Trump just keep on comin’. This is what we are up against, folks.

A large percentage of the country get their news from mainstream (fake news) media. Consequently, they are clueless regarding many important issues.

For example: My sister is one such low-info Christian voter. I recruited her awesome alto voice to sing in the choir at the recording session of my Trump Train 2020 song. The choir was mostly white, all Trump supporters. She noticed that they were good, friendly everyday people, not the rabid racists portrayed by media. Her eyes popped out of her head in disbelief when I told her San Francisco gives tourists maps to avoid the piles of human feces on the streets left by vagrants. She had no idea that Trump was responsible for black unemployment being its lowest in U.S. history.

We flew many of our singers from the east coast to California to perform in the Trump Train 2020 song music video. Upon landing in California, my sister was stunned to see the “all gender” restrooms with signs welcoming transgenders at the airport. This opened the door for me to educate her about the extreme LGBTQ agenda that Biden and the Democrats want to implement across the country. My buddy, Robert Kirk, brilliantly exposes the wacko California LGBTQ mandates in his award-winning comedy short film, “Nightmare in Paradise.” 

I suspect my sister will vote for Trump. In the Trump Train 2020 music video, she is the beautiful black woman singing the solo line, “Don’t you feel the engines roar!”

Hello, America. My wife Mary and I recently returned home to West Virginia after spending three days with patriots in Boulder City, Nevada, and Kingman and Sun City, Arizona. We were assisting the Conservative Campaign Committee’s mini-tour of battleground states to help elect GOP candidates and reelect President Trump.

Despite the grueling travel and temperatures over 100 degrees, Mary and I did the tour because the American people need to see patriots standing up for our country, police, and president. Wicked fake news media is deceptively promoting violent, anti-American, Marxist domestic terrorists as saints. Democrat governors and mayors have given Marxists free rein to wreak havoc in our streets.

Deranged Democrats seek to indict a married couple for not allowing a Black Lives Matter mob to burn down their home and murder them and their dog. Fake news media is mute about BLM shooting and murdering a young white mother for daring to say, “All lives matter.” 

Americans are frustrated that the GOP has displayed a lack of testosterone in pushing back against Marxists terrorizing law-abiding citizens. Thank God for President Trump saying he will deal with the terrorism if Democrat governors and mayors persist in betraying their constituents.

The Conservative Campaign Committee initiatives are multilayered; TV and radio ads, phone-from-phone, social media, and sign waves. Rallying locals to join our CCC crew to wave signs at prominent intersections is powerful because it creates a spectacle and shows commitment to GOP candidates and Trump. Publicly supporting Trump is extremely important and powerful because Democrats and fake news media have emboldened Marxists to beat the crap out of anyone who opposes their treason.

Our Boulder City, NV sign wave was awesome!

After surviving the 110-degree heat in Boulder City, our crew drove to meet patriots in Kingman, AZ for a sign wave. We were greeted by excited locals. The Arizona Freedom Militia was there to protect us. We were mostly strangers meeting for the first time. And yet, the fellowship with the Arizona patriots felt like a family reunion. We were united in love for our country and faith in President Trump’s commitment to making America great again, again.

A motorist pulled in, lowered his window and beckoned me. “Here’s 100 bucks, please use it for water and snacks for your crew. Go Trump!”

To say Kingman motorists were starving to see public support for Trump would be an understatement. Motorists excitedly behaved like we were rock stars standing on a street corner. They enthusiastically honked their horns, excitedly waved and gave us thumbs up. Many motorists captured our spectacle on their phones.

A fired-up Hispanic woman joined us carrying a large Trump flag. She kept screaming, “He lies! He lies! Sleepy Joe Biden lies!” I did a video interview with her. Dawn passionately warned us not to allow socialists to takeover America like they did her former home, Venezuela. She sounded off about how they used tactics such as destroying history and making false promises.

A motorist named Dave was so excited that he parked his car and rushed over to express his thanks and appreciation, showering our group with praise. I asked Dave why our sign wave meant so much to him. As Dave expressed his concern about the destruction of our country he teared up, which caused me to tear up. We hugged.

I will be releasing brief video interviews with patriots at the Kingman and Sun City sign waves.

Like Kingman, the majority of motorists at our Sun City sign wave were passionately supportive of Trump. Anti-Trump motorists were extremely vitriolic, giving us their middle finger.

I had a striking exchange with a seemingly upper-class older white man at our Sun City sign wave. He pulled up and rolled down his passenger window. He leaned over his little boy passenger and began furiously yelling, “F*** Trump!” I calmly replied, “God loves you” which enraged him. He chanted, “F*** Trump” louder and angrier. Again, I calmly replied, “Jesus loves you,” which sent him over the edge. Frenzied, with spit flying, he repeatedly screamed, “F*** Trump, f*** Trump, f*** Trump…!!!”

He appeared moments from ripping the steering wheel off his car; frustrated that he could not jump out and rip my head off. His young passenger sat quietly watching the man behave like a madman. Clearly, this poor man has spiritual issues.

While at the Phoenix airport waiting to fly home, I noticed that even airport personnel took breaks from the mandate that everyone wear a mask at all times. Despite the CDC and pediatricians saying it is harmful for children two years old and under to wear masks, I saw toddlers wearing masks. I felt bad for my used and abused fellow Americans. Fake news media have Americans terrified, believing that catching COVID equals a death sentence. COVID has a 98% recovery rate.  The lockdown has destroyed lives, family fortunes, and businesses. Suicides are skyrocketing. Americans are severely suffering under the iron fist of nonsensical Draconian COVID mandates.

Average Joe Americans would have a difficult time believing that Democrats and fake news media are so wicked that they are using COVID and George Floyd to inflict pain on the American people solely to stop Trump’s reelection.

Mary and I will be hitting the road again soon to campaign with the Conservative Campaign Committee in other battleground states. This is war folks, a battle to stop Democrats from transforming America into a communist nation. On behalf of my fellow baby-boomers, we will not allow that to happen on our watch! Trump Train 2020.

I realize that it is tacky to be an I-told-you-so. But we conservative activists have been fighting on the front lines of the culture war for many years, warning the masses.  Wake up, America…leftists are turning our kids into sleeper cells.  At the proper time, leftists will unleash our kids to launch a violent no-holds-barred war against their parents, God, and country!

Black disciples of socialism disguised as civil rights activists have also been allowed to sow their seeds of anti-American hate in public education for decades.  In the 1970s, I was a student at the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art via scholarships.  The Black Panthers showed up, angrily demanding a platform on campus to protest.  College management humbly complied.  As a black student, I never understood what I was supposed to be angry at the college about or how the college was abusing me.

Dad was a civil rights pioneer.  He pressured me and my four younger siblings to always vote and join the NAACP.  Upon attending my first NAACP meeting, I was stunned.  They actually joined in a circle; held hands; and sang, “We Shall Overcome”. Their rhetoric sounded as though I had stepped through a time warp back to 1950.  Leftist institutions of indoctrination are still selling students, black and white, the absurd lie that America has not progressed racially beyond the 1950s.

I wrote about public elementary schools teaching white kids to hate themselves and feel guilty for being born white — about pre-K students being taught to embrace homosexuality and to consider attempting to change their sex.  The children’s book I Am Jazz about a boy whose parents insanely began preparing him to pretend to be female at age 3 is read to kindergartners without parental consent and even mandatory in schools’ curricula. 

Pediatricians along with Pope Francis say teaching transgender ideology causes child abuse.

I wrote about a white friend who said her middle school son came home in tears after being taught how cruel his ancestors were to women, blacks, and American Indians.  Today, her son is an adult member of the Communist Party.  She cannot display an American flag for fear of retaliation by her son.  I wrote about how when I suggested that a Millennial relative visit Mt. Rushmore while vacationing in South Dakota, the relative’s venomous response was “I wouldn’t go across the street to visit those guys!”

I wrote about the Dancing Waters at Bellagio Fountain in Vegas doing a breathtakingly beautiful presentation set to Whitney Houston’s spectacular version of our National Anthem.  At the end, I expected thunderous cheers and applause.  Shockingly, the mostly young audience of thousands responded with a yawn.

I wrote about Michelle Obama telling students to report their parents who make racist statements at the dinner table. 

I wrote about the powerful documentary, Waiting For “Superman” — which exposed urban black parents’ desperate, heartbreaking efforts to get their kids out of violent, failing schools and into good schools.  Democrats’ loyalty to the teacher unions is keeping black students stuck in bad schools.

I wrote about leftists’ PSA telling kids to steal their parent’s guns and turn them over to their teachers. 

I caught holy hell for writing about LGBT activists infiltrating the Boy Scouts of America.  Once inside, LGBT activists insisted that “morally straight’ be removed from the oath.  They also changed the name.  The historic heroic Christian organization has been destroyed.

I wrote about how Planned Parenthood, which was founded by a racist, targets black babies while illegally selling the body parts for profit.  I wrote about public schools recruiting students for Islam while banning Bibles and Christian clubs.  I wrote about schools assisting students with genital mutilation surgery and abortions without parental knowledge or consent.

I was told, “Lloyd do not put your divisive articles on my Facbook page.” Everyone was wimpish, content with being politically correct, keeping their heads buried into the sand.

Then, along came the perfect political storm of COVID fear and the unfortunate death of George Floyd.  Leftists commanded their sleeper cells, “GO!  GO!  GO!  Seek, kill, and destroy all things American and Christian!”

As my late momma would say, “no sense crying over spilled milk.  What’s done is done.”  Due to passively allowing counter-culture old hippies to control public education, we have a lost generation infected with severe anti-Americanism and anti-Christianity.  The question is, how do we take back our kids?

President Trump made a major step in the right direction with this tweet. “Too many Universities and School Systems are about Radical Left Indoctrination, not Education. Therefore, I am telling the Treasury Department to re-examine their Tax-Exempt Status and/or Funding, which will be taken away if this Propaganda or Act Against Public Policy continues. Our children must be Educated, not Indoctrinated!”

I say, “Right on, bro!” (a little 1970s lingo).

Leftists have aggressively sought to criminalize homeschooling.  Ironically, in forcing an unnecessary COVID lockdown, leftists have forced parents to homeschool.

A refreshing exchange at Walmart: I spotted a white twenty-something-year-old wearing a MAGA cap.  “Excuse me, sir, why do you support Trump?”  The young man replied, “He’s honest.  He always tells the truth.”  I asked, “What do you think about the Marxist war taking place in our streets?”  He shrugged his shoulders and said, “Oh well, that’s their opinion.”

I said, “If only anarchists had the same tolerance for various opinions.”

The good news is that the Marxist war against America unfolding in our streets has awakened millions to how public education has transformed our kids into an army of leftist walking brain-dead zombies.

Finally, parents are saying, “We must take back our kids.”

Hey everyone. Mary stumbled across the picture below buried in a box of old photos.

Before I began touring nationally on Tea Party Express in 2008, I designed an outreach campaign to take the good news of conservatism to the black community.

America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to pursue their dreams. Anything else is a lie.

I titled the campaign, “Reach Your Dreams” and designed the logo. I wanted the GOP to fund a tour with rallies. The rallies would feature great musical entertainment with minority speakers; black, Hispanic and so on sharing their stories of why they chose the Republican party over the Democratic party.

Mary and I had recently moved from Baltimore to Florida and joined the Republican Executive Committee. I became a precinct chairman. A Washington D.C. GOP big-wig visited our executive club meeting.

The big-wig granted me an opportunity to make a presentation. Upon making my “Reach Your Dreams” presentation, the consensus of the GOP guy and local club members was “Why bother? Blacks will always vote Democrat no matter what we do.” My retort was we have a moral obligation to educate our fellow Americans to the virtues of Conservatism.

Numerous times over the years, I approached the GOP about my campaign which would counter Democrats’ and fake news medias’ false narrative that Republicans and Conservatives are racist, mean and only care about the rich. The GOP was uninterested.

Unable to attain funding or gain traction, “Reach Your Dreams” never became a realty. That void has been filled by Black Lives Matter.

A prominent Christian minister said that Jesus does not want us to dismiss the grievances of Black Lives Matter protesters. Republicans are working on police reform. A pundit on TV advised Republicans to learn how to talk to black people and offer more economic programs. These solutions to dealing with racial chaos driven by BLM sound reasonable.

However, what sticks in my craw is the presumption that white America and police are harming blacks. Folks, that simply is not true.

And what is this nonsense about learning to talk to black people? President Ronald Reagan’s generic appeals to all Americans inspired me tremendously. Why is it assumed that blacks must be courted with new government targeted initiatives and handouts? In some areas, blacks are getting the short end of the stick because of their brain-dead loyalty to voting for Democrats. More free stuff will not fix the moral problems which plague urban black communities.

The American people are awesome, the most generous and fair-minded people on the planet.

As for the supposed need for police reform, overwhelmingly, data confirms that the greatest defenders of black lives over the years have been police. 

Black-on-black homicides are on the rise due to police being removed from black neighborhoods. And yet, leftists who portray themselves as paragons of compassion for minorities are clamoring to defund and insanely disband police departments. Cruel Democrat governors, mayors, and city councils have begun defunding their police. Outrageously, Minneapolis city council members who voted to eliminate their police force hired private security which cost taxpayers $4500 a day. 

Around 1976, my cousin had a nervous breakdown. He held his two toddler sons in the basement, threatening to kill them and himself. I can’t remember if he had a gun or a knife. His terrified wife phoned 911 and me. Two white cops showed up. The young slim cop dashed into the Baltimore row-house. The older morbidly-obese cop waddled up the steps into the house and made his way to the basement door. While wiping sweat and trying to catch his breath, he calmly mentored the distraught young black man. “C’mon son, I know how you feel. But you don’t want to do this.” Amazingly, the awesome cop talked my cousin out of the basement with his sons unharmed. My cousin received the emotional help he needed.

To fulfill their mission to transform America into a socialist/communist country, Democrats, fake news media, and anarchists promote the lie that cops awaken every morning with the intention of murdering as many blacks as possible. Selling this lie to low-info Americans is evil beyond words.

My brother Jerry, the other Christian conservative Republican in our black family, phoned me to chat about the BLM chaos. Jerry said several years ago, one of our grandparents confronted him extremely concerned. “There is something wrong with the way you think.” One day Jerry heard a guy on the radio explaining the differences between Democrats and Republicans. Jerry had a eureka moment, “So that’s what’s wrong with me, I’m a Republican!” We laughed. The guy Jerry heard on the radio was Rush Limbaugh.

We discussed how for years, we have given black friends and family irrefutable evidence of how the Democratic party is not our friend. Democrats founded the KKK — they destroyed the black family – they push for government programs which imply that we are inferior and stupid — they champion Planned Parenthood, which was founded by racist Margaret Sanger to exterminate blacks. 

Obama’s presidency was a disaster for black wealth. Before Democrats’ intentionally created COVID hysteria to crush Trump’s remarkable economy, blacks were enjoying unprecedented prosperity and historic low unemployment. 

Frustratingly, none of these truths affect their brain-dead loyalty to Democrats. They passionately believe Republicans and Trump are racists and mean. Jerry concluded that they are totally brainwashed. While I concur to a point, I believe a majority of blacks do not know who Democrats truly are because fake news media covers for them, portraying them in an angelic light.

Jerry referenced the Michael Jackson song, “Man in the Mirror.” He said blacks should make the person they see in the mirror fully responsible for their lives rather than viewing themselves as victims, always looking for someone else to blame. I have always had a huge problem with white liberals selling blacks the lie that their success or failure depends upon whites. Real black empowerment is realizing that success or failure is dependent upon you and God.

Jerry shared a few racial incidents. Years ago, he was walking through a trailer park. He saw a beautiful little white girl wearing a diaper. Upon seeing him, she became extremely excited, happily waving at him. Grinning ear to ear she said, “Hi n*****! Hi n*****!” Jerry smiled and waved back. Clearly, that child was taught racism. On the flip side of that coin, a countless number of whites have told me the “n” word was never said nor tolerated in their home.

For several years, Jerry worked as a truck driver. His coworker was a racist white guy. As senior driver, Jerry had first preference to take Christmas off. Jerry told the racist driver, “You have two small kids. Spend Christmas with your family. I’ll work.” Jerry said he will never forget the stunned look on the guys’ face. Jerry said so much racism is rooted in ignorance.

Jerry’s white employer hired part-time helpers. A young black guy was assigned to work with Jerry that day. Upon making their delivery, the client gave Jerry a check which he turned in. Management called Jerry into the office. Someone had attempted to erase the “payable to” name on the check. Management knew Jerry would never do such a thing.

As fate would have it, Jerry bumped into his former black helper at a gas station. Jerry gave the guy a severe tongue lashing. “They think we are criminals and people like you make it worse!”

Jerry approached a new black hire on his job. Attempting to mentor the young man, Jerry advised him to get a haircut, pull up his pants, and get work gloves and boots. This would cause management to take notice and promote him much sooner. The young man gave Jerry a stone-face stare and walked away.

Brother and sister Americans, in any way you can, regardless of how small, you must push back against the evil seeking to dominate and transform our country.

Jerry confided that family members are embarrassed by my YouTube videos supportive of Trump and against BLM. This tells me God wants me to do more videos.

Outrageously, cowardly and traitorous politicians are allowing Black Lives Matter, a racist hate group to engage in an “Everything Must Go” fire-sale against America. BLM is literally pulling down monuments and demanding that large portions of our history be removed from the records. They are burning down homes which dare fly the U.S. flag. They are taking control of portions of cities, absurdly claiming it as their new country. Why is BLM behaving like spoiled-brat bullies on America’s playground? The answer: Because they are allowed to do it.

My stomach turned watching Tucker Carlson on Fox News cite a Rasmussen poll which says Black Lives Matter has 62% popularity, more than President Trump.  I remembered a bit of wisdom my brother gave me years ago. He said whenever something shocking happens, before you respond, stabilize your emotions. Despite the depressing poll, over a million people sought tickets to attend Trump’s rally in Tulsa. Also, a Rasmussen poll says 40% of likely black voters approve of Trump’s job performance. 

Fake news media is so despicable and obviously agenda driven. Here’s a NYT headline, “Trump’s Rally in Tulsa Could Spread Virus.” Meanwhile, the NYT and the rest of fake news media are encouraging anarchists to flood our streets with protesters with zero concern about spreading the virus.

What is so frustrating is that BLM is an extreme racist and anti-American hate group. Years ago, BLM declared war on cops and white people. They marched down a NY street chanting, “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!” 

Folks, how can any American in their right mind support these haters, paid to assassinate cops and whites and destroy our country? Long before the George Floyd incident, BLM was paid $150 million by George Soros and various anti-American liberal corporations and foundations.

“Accessory before the fact” is a legal term referring to a person who incites or assists someone to commit a crime. BLM is physically destroying businesses, assaulting, and murdering people. Can victims of BLM file lawsuits against major corporations who are eagerly donating millions to the domestic terrorist hate group?

Hateful extreme leftists are dominating the airwaves with intellectual sounding nonsense in praise of BLM. They claim America always has been and always will be irreversibly racist. They say the solution is to tear up and rewrite the U.S. Constitution. Folks, this is hogwash!

Given that blacks are only 13% of the population, Christians and decent whites had to play major roles in ending slavery and empowering blacks. And yet, leftists’ get away with pretending that every achievement made by blacks throughout American history was made despite white America.

Historian David Barton has done tremendous research exposing how Christian whites and blacks fought side-by-side to liberate black Americans. 

Leftists do not give a rat’s derriere about black empowerment or black lives. They view blacks as useful idiots towards transforming America into their socialist/communist utopia in which anything goes sexually.

A huge elephant in the room is how long will the white majority tolerate being repeatedly poked in the eye with a hot poker of racial hate by BLM; demanded to kneel in worship to blacks? While claiming to be against racial hate, leftists are intentionally generating such hate. They believe voters will blame Trump and vote against him in November.

Evidence that leftists are lying about America being eternally racist is everywhere for anyone willing to see it. Eager to heal our nation from the wounds of slavery and racial discrimination, white America excitedly allowed a black man to bypass the usual vetting process for a presidential candidate. They gifted Obama two terms in the White House. Naive whites believed electing a black president would usher in a new era in which they could never be called “racist” again. Democrats and fake news media used Obama’s skin-color as a bludgeon to beat Republicans into submission, giving Obama free rein to implement their agenda to transform America into a socialist nation.

Here’s another example of the good-hearted nature and generosity of the American people. Fake news media and Democrats promoted the lie that Republicans and white America did not care about the victims of hurricane Katrina because they were mostly black. The truth is U.S. donors opened their hearts, giving $4.2 billion to victims of Katrina which is believed to be the highest amount ever.

Formerly of the CIA, Buck Sexton has been ranting in his articles and tweets that we need to rally around the concept of “wartime conservatism.” Buck says the left is kicking our butts. He also called out conservative billionaires. Why aren’t they purchasing media platforms and funding our cause?

The GOP is asking people to donate at https://takethehouse.com/, which is a good thing. However, everywhere I turn, I see people afraid, angry and frustrated because they feel like the GOP is doing nothing to push back against ANTIFA and BLM running wild in our streets.

I would love for the Tea Party buses to roll again. Frankly, thus far, the funding is simply not there. Yes, I have been contacted by concerned Americans who are eager to donate. However, a tour needs a major donor to get the ball rounding.

While we struggle to find funding for a bus tour to inspire and encourage Trump’s base, BLM has a war-chest of mega-millions to destroy America and block Trump’s reelection. There is something terribly wrong with this picture.

Another thing causing my head to explode is all of the pandering to BLM, an evil and demonic hate group. In compliance to BLM, pastors are telling their white congregations to own up to their white privilege. My response is, “Stop it! Stop falling for leftists’ bogus guilt-trip.”

For crying out loud! America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to purse their dreams. Anything else is a lie!

Mary and I live in a tiny town in West Virginia. Our grocery shopping options are 26 miles away in Maryland and 45 miles away in Virginia. Maryland stores refused to allow us to enter because we did not have masks. We drove to Virginia. It was refreshing seeing Virginians free to wear masks or not. I noticed that the majority of shoppers wearing masks were young people. Do they believe fake news media more that we older Americans?

Stopping for gas, the gas-pump TV monitor showed the propaganda commercial we see plastered all over TV. “Stay home. Stay Alive.” With fake news media promoting their lie 24/7 that going outside means death, it is not surprising that many Americans remain willing to surrender their constitutional freedoms to Democrat/RINO, anti-Trump, and anti-American scammers.

A 106-year-old woman recovered from covid-19.  Zhang Guangfen, 103-year-old, recovered.  A 100-year-old Chinese man recovered. A 102-year-old Pennsylvania man recovered. Bill Lapschies, a 104-year-old veteran, recovered. Keith Watson, 101 years old, recovered. Seventeen of the oldest people in the world recovered from COVID-19.  My 60-something year old in-law recovered. In January, after returning home from California, my wife Mary is convinced she had COVID-19. Ninety-eight percent of people who catch the virus recover. Fake news media gleefully reports deaths while ignoring the high recovery numbers.

Every day we are seeing more studies which confirm that COVID-19 is not deadlier than the flu. Numerous health experts say social distancing is not the correct solution. The total shutdown of America was not necessary.

Meanwhile, Democrat and RINO governors continue to decree absurd overreaching restrictions to supposedly “protect us.” The Raleigh N.C. police declared “protesting is a non-essential activity” and arrested a woman. Michigan gov. Gretchen Whitmer decreed, “All public gatherings of any size are prohibited.” Bam! There goes our foundational right to “peaceably assemble.”

In some states, residents are not allowed to visit friends or relatives. People with more than one home are banned from traveling between them. Big box stores cannot sell carpet, seeds, U.S. flags, and paint. A paddle-boarder out on the water far from anyone was arrested at Malibu Beach. In California, police gave $1,000 tickets to people watching the sunset in their cars. In various states, freedom to worship God in your car in parking lots is banned.

A threat by the city of Los Angeles scared the crap out of me, as it should every American. The city will cut off water and power of those who do not comply with its outrageous restrictions. Wow! Are we no longer living in America?

The U.S. Constitution is a sacred document which has protected our freedoms since our founding. It is intolerable that governors can decree it null and void by simply saying they are doing it for our good. As my late momma would say, “Help us Lord Jesus!”

Recently in my tiny West Virginia town we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day. Two moms walked side by side pushing their babies in strollers. I heard laughter and yells from kids at the school yard playing games and basketball. Six motorcyclists had lunch beside the main road through town. People were thrilled to be outside interacting.

Governors insisting on keeping Americans in cages is unsustainable. But the greater question is why are Democrat governors so hellbent on doing it? Clearly, the lockdown is no longer about protecting us from COVID-19. They relish having total control of every aspect of our lives. Let us not forget that HillaryCare would have denied healthcare to gun owners.

Ponder what your life would be like if Democrats gained control of the White House, the House and the Senate. Kiss all your constitutional freedoms good-bye.

I repeatedly find myself asking, “What is wrong with Democrats and the American left?” Why is everything they want harmful to American citizens? Why is their thinking so dramatically different from that of average Americans? I realize they have globalist and progressive agendas. But still, why are they obsessed with killing as many American babies as possible even after they are born?

Democrats and the American left claim to be advocates for LGBTQ. Why do they praise Islam which advocates killing homosexuals and despise Christianity which courts them with love?

Fake news media and Democrats scared America into a total shutdown. Then, Democrats in Congress refused to sign on to coronavirus relief checks for suffering Americans unless they were allowed to include funding for their pet projects unrelated to the shutdown or virus.

Why have Democrats used the coronavirus to release felons who are harming citizens? Twenty-six million and counting Americans have lost their jobs due to the shutdown. Why are Democrats pushing for illegal aliens to be allowed to enter our country to take jobs?

Do you see a pattern? Folks, I could go on and on with things Democrats want which harm Americans. Again, I ask. What is wrong with these people?

I am extremely grateful that Americans are rising up across our great nation, demanding the return of our freedoms. God is on our side. Please join the rebellion.
