While I respect that you are potentially thinking of your son and safety, and of course depending on where you live in FL. Perhaps you should take this as an opportunity to teach your son what it means to be a man and stand up for what he believes in. I do not know his age, but in the future your child will be required to vote for the betterment of his and his family’s lives. If he cannot learn to stand for what he believes in while he is young he will never stand in the future.
Safety first, but honestly as someone that lives in FL and travels from Tallahassee to Key West every month. I have never had a problem with anyone regarding my freedom of speech.

Stephenwv, Thank you. When I voted for John McCain (instead of Obama), I was quiet about it – afraid that people would call me a racist or worse. But, when Trump came along, I boldly vocalized my support for him – and, in front of my very liberal/leftist family. Now, they’ve called me a Nazi and other vile things not worth mentioning here. But, it’s worth the persecution because I am 100% confident that Donald Trump is a great president, if not the greatest, and that my confidence in Christ and His death/resurrection is secure.

See we all have a choice and though they can’t see they are taking away others rights to choose it’s not our job to die to try to right someone else’s mind. If these people aren’t waking even after that poor, beautiful guy who is probably ready to become full Christian made the #walkaway movement that found out if his beliefs deterred at all from the norm he would be thrown away with the trash and look like a traitor instead of a person expressing his own God given right to believe as he wishes set. Sometimes I wonder if he is still alive, if he was met by demons who said if you want fame do as we say or we will crush you and you my love, you may not, but you will never work again with us. Blacklisting of scienctist back in the 60’s early 70’s began to eradicate God from “our” knowledge just as the Bible says. Some of these people don’t know they are taken over by evil spirits and the ones that do are very vehement to point of killing like Seth Rich, you don’t leave the party and start thinking for yourself. So I prayed for that man who started that movement that he would learn or know to come all the way to Christ who is more power than evil and is the only thing that can stop evil and bind it, and be as God standing with David to defeat Goliath. Please understand we are all taking on Goliath- we must be stron in faith today or the evil forces will have their way- it’s hard enough with Christ as we are still persecuted. By the power of Christ are we protected, warned, given good thoughts, courage, wisdom as the serpent to be harmless as the dove for the time we must stay alive working to save people from the true serpent, true wolf.
