I received this message on Twitter from a black female, “Lloyd Marcus “F— you!”, in response to my opposition to Obama. This woman is obviously a non thinking racist who refuses to take an honest look at her black idol president. She has chosen to ignore Obama’s long list of offenses of shredding the Constitution, governing against the will of the American people and using Chicago thug tactics. All this black woman knows is Obama is the chosen one and he is black. So shut up! Whites who dare to criticize or question Obama are racist and blacks who “don’t get it” are Uncle Tom traitors to their race.
One would think such small minded racist thinking would be limited to the uneducated, non achievers and welfare entitlement junkies. Unfortunately, I personally know highly educated and successful fellow blacks who feel the same about Obama as the knucklehead who sent me the “F— you!” note.
Frustrated, I keep fighting the urge to confront my usually rational, wise and intelligent black associates, “What is the matter with you? Have you become brain dead?”
Then, reality hits me. No amount of truth about Obama will change the minds of these poor racist souls who have become disciples of their Grand Holy One, His Obamaness. Next they will sell all they own, shave their heads, dress in black tunics and wait for the mother ship to arrive and fly them all to a utopia known as “The Black Planet”.
Admittedly, I am having a little fun at their expense. However, the Bible does tell us that when people want to believe a lie, no amount of truth will change their minds. Jesus told a parable about a rich man who ended up in hell. He asked God to send someone to warn his brothers so they would not suffer his fate. God told the rich man the gesture would not work because his brothers would never believe the truth.
I am encouraged that more and more blacks are awaking from their “let’s put a black guy in the White House, Obama, night of the living dead” trance. They are saying, “Dear Lord, this is not the hope and change I voted for!”
Sadly, there will always remain a racist America hating element who will faithfully worship Obama no matter what. I pray that we America and Freedom loving patriots will out number them at the polls in November.

Politics, Poker & the Beach.

Hi Folks, I just flew back home to Florida from LA. I was out there shooting an episode of the Right Network new TV show, “Politics & Poker”. I had a ball! The host of the show is Thomas F. Wilson, who played Biff Tannen in the “Back To The Future” movies.
The concept of the show is fun. The set is designed to look like a basement family/game room. Tom invites his buddies over to play poker and discuss politics.
I had the pleasure of meeting a great guy, renowned actor, Nick Searcy. You have seen Nick in a ga-zillion movies. He is currently starring on the FX series, “Justified”. Nick was one of us five poker buddies on the “Politics & Poker” show.
Once back home in Florida, rather than diving into answering emails and dealing with stuff, Mary and I decided to spend the day at our favorite, New Smyrna Beach. The sand was soft under foot and the water was clear and beautiful. The heat from the bright sun was countered by an occasional breeze across the ocean.
Beach bathers kept staring at us. Most smiling. A few stone faced. Then, it dawned on me. I was wearing my, “I didn’t vote for this Obamanation” t-shirt.
We fed “Cheetos” to the seagulls. What a great relaxing day. Life is good.
Sharron Angle Victory for Tea Party/ We The People
“We’re havin’ a tea party across this land…if you love this country, come on and join our ban”, excuse me for starting this article singing a line from my “American Tea Party Anthem”, but I feel good. Sharron Angle endorsed by Tea Party Express came out of nowhere to win the race for GOP U.S. Senate candidate in Nevada.
I am Lloyd Marcus, Tea Party Express tour performer and spokesperson. I met Sharron Angle on the campaign trail while on TPX II tour. You know what it is like to be around a proud parent who loves their child? I was impressed that Sharron Angle displayed that same kind of enthusiasm whenever she spoke about Nevada. Like a proud parent, Sharron seemed to know every interesting and not so interesting fact, past and present, about her beloved state.
Also refreshing about Sharron is in these politically correct times where the slightest reference to God can get one branded as a fanatic by the media, Sharron is not defensive about her faith.
Unfortunately, sounding corny by today’s political standards, I believe Sharron to be a person of
Sharron Angle’s amazing victorious win in Nevada represents what this incredible inspired Tea Party Movement is all about. No big political machine was behind Sharron Angle funding, orchestrating and pulling her strings. I witnessed this woman investing long hours and traveling many miles to speak at countless tea parties. Sharron boldly spoke about principles and values most Americans have been longing to hear out of the mouths of candidates.
Despite unwarranted accusations by critics who say Tea Party Express is a republican Trojan Horse into the Tea Party Movement, the sole mission of Tea Party Express is to get character driven conservatives elected. This is why I am proud to be a member of the Tea Party Express team.
Selecting Sharron Angle out of a field of 12 opponents was a courageous move by Tea Party Express. Conventional wisdom dictates you never officially endorse a candidate before the primary. However, the brilliant strategists of Tea Party Express are not slaves to conventional wisdom. I assume because Sharron Angle was such an unknown long shot to win, Tea Party Express concluded Sharron needed their support immediately.
Talk about an awesome grassroots effort, Tea Party Express rallied the Tea Party Movement around Sharron Angle and she or should I say “we” won! We are going to need all hands on deck to bring down the Harry Reid evil empire in November.
Growing beyond the narcissism of my youth, I have learned that certain things in life are bigger than me. I encourage Angle’s challengers for the candidacy to lick their wounds and rally their support around Sharron Angle. The defeat of Harry Reid is bigger than they and Nevada. Reid’s defeat is crucial to the preservation and restoration of America as our Founding Fathers intended.
Warning. Now that the liberal mainstream media knows which republican candidate to target for destruction in Nevada, expect them to viscously go after Sharron Angle and the Tea Party Movement which supports her.
They will launch a “Shock and Awe” campaign against Sharron Angle probably starting with their standard “republicans are racist bombs”. Then, the liberal mainstream media will pump up their claims that “the Tea Party Movement is racist”. Thus, further confirming Angle has to be a racist because of the movement’s support of her. While such accusations are absurd and baseless, they can be effective with a general public who is not really paying attention.
Folks, please do not fall for the heinous evil lies of the liberal democrats and their media minions. I am a black conservative who has attended over 200 Tea Parties traveling on the Tea Party Express. Tea Party patriots do not oppose Obama’s race; many even voted for Obama. They simply oppose President Obama’s far left radical and socialist agenda.
Despite the liberal mainstream media’s relentless efforts to convince Americans otherwise and to make every issue about race, Obama’s skin color is irrelevant to tea party patriots.
Sharron Angle is only the tip of the iceberg of candidates birthed by the Tea Party Movement. Make no mistake about it, the liberal mainstream media is “all in” for Obama and socialism. Regardless of their loss of credibility, subscribers and viewers, they will not report the truth about Obama and his agenda.
Another tactic which the democrats and media minions will use against our candidates is the corruption card. I could not turn on my TV without hearing “republican Mark Foley blah, blah, blah.” And yet, when democrats were the center of numerous scandals, I had to do a Google search to discover their political party.
Liberal democrats and the liberal mainstream media have a weird perverted mindset. They believe because human beings sometimes fail to meet standards, it hypocritical to have standards. Thus, they love it when a “goody two shoes” conservative is caught sinning.
While I am not suggesting we lower our standards of behavior, we should not immediately throw our candidates under the bus upon the slightest fall from grace.
Brother and Sister patriots, we are in the battle of our lives for our freedom, liberty and culture against a rabid enemy within which is as relentlessly committed to our defeat as the robot in the movie, “The Terminator”. The liberal democrats and media minions will never give up.
We must stay vigilant, united and supportive of our Tea Party Movement candidates.
It was an incredible day! Singers/musicians from across America gathered together at Deltona Records in Florida to record my original song, “Taking Back America”.
AmericasMightyWarriors.org which assists families of U.S. fallen soldiers is beneficiary of the proceeds from the sale of the song and compilation CD. Gold Star Mom Debbie Lee who is the president and founder of AmericasMightyWarriors.org said she was extremely moved upon arriving at the recording studio seeing so many cars with license plates from all over the country.
The atmosphere in the studio was electric; a variety of bands, singers, songwriters and players representing numerous musical genres from rap to country and everything in between all meeting for the first time. And yet, several attendees commented how much the historic recording session felt like a family reunion. The common thread which bound us all together was love and a belief that America is the greatest nation on the planet; a desire to support our military and their families and a strong opposition to the Obama administration’s socialist agenda.

I began the recording session with a welcome and thanks for attending. Then, Rev. Walt Mentzer started us off with a beautiful prayer. I told the crowd I was grateful we were still free to pray in public.
But, what really set the mood and inspired the singers was Debbie Lee emotionally telling the compelling story about how her son, Marc Alan Lee lost his life in Iraq heroically saving the lives of his buddies. Marc was the first U.S. Navy Seal killed in Iraq.
While some fought back tears, the choir of 100 singers passionately and enthusiastically sang the choruses of “Taking Back America”. Then, we began recording individuals each singing a solo line of the verses, similar to the way the music community recorded “We Are The World” in the 80s. Those selected to sing coveted solo lines were band lead singers and singer/songwriters.
Everyone was moved by the feeling of unity and family in the room. Jeff Bruzzo of ProjectShiningCity.org captured the mood on video.
After we recorded the choruses, the choir was free to leave while we recorded the soloists in another room. The choir stayed and fellow-shipped.
Even though the number of bodies in the building challenged the capacity of the air conditioner to keep up, they all stayed, laughing and chatting with smiles everywhere. Friendships were formed, inspired ideas for action were birthed and collaborations were planned. Eighteen of them went to dinner and conversations continue well into the late evening.
Who were these guys? They were “We The People” musicians doing their part to restore and preserve our freedoms, liberty and culture. It was truly wonderful.
Wandering through the crowd, my ears caught snippets of their stories of businesses lost thanks to Obama. They talked about the specific Obama outrage which pushed them off of their sofas and caused them to pick up their guitar, start blogs, start radio shows and form organizations.
Along with the “Taking Back America” song which we sang together, the compilation, “Tea Are The World” CD will include original songs recorded and submitted by bands and solo artists from around our country.
Five time Emmy Award winning producer, Norvell Rose shot footage of the day’s activities for a “Making of “ documentary and a music video.
By the time, Frank Starchak, music producer/recording engineer had completed recording the last solo line of the song, I was physically and emotionally exhausted. With tears in her eyes, Debbie Lee gave me a huge hug and thanks. Debbie again commented on the warm feeling of family that permeated the atmosphere. From long haired white rockers to grandmas to black r&b singers to teenage rappers to seasoned music business professionals, the conduit was our love for America and a desire to support our troops.
I was truly grateful to God for pulling it all together.
A brief back story. I have attend over 200 tea parties across America on three Tea Party Express tours. In every state, musicians approached me with CDs of their original songs while expressing their desire to be a part of the incredible Tea Party Movement.
Several months ago, while on Tea Party Express II tour, I decided to write a song and record it “We Are The World” style with musicians from across America. But, who would be the beneficiary of our efforts?
Debbie Lee joined our team on Tea Party Express III tour. Between rallies, while riding on the tour bus, Debbie told me about her organization which supports the families of fallen soldiers and her challenges regarding funding.
Our conversation inspired a eureka moment. I thought, “That’s it”! All proceeds will benefit Debbie Lee’s organization, AmericasMightyWarriors.org.
The true hero of the day was my longtime friend and master music producer/recording engineer Frank Starchak. I later learned Frank awoke the day of the historic record session with a horrible tooth ache. In true American spirit, Frank fought through the pain and pleasantly recorded the mass choir and all of the solo singers.
Frank has also given tremendously to the project. Before recording the vocals, Frank has contributed 30 hours of music production free of charge. He is faced with the huge task of editing the vocals and mastering the over 30 songs which will be on the compilation CD. I would love to find an honorarium for Frank .
Folks, I say it again. The “Tea Are The World” recording session was an awesome day and a memorable rewarding experience for all in attendance. Stay tuned for the release of the “Tea Are The World” CD. It will feature our joined performance of “Taking Back America” and original songs by bands and individual artists across America. God bless.
